Over a year ago my phone got drenched whilst flaoting a river and it never came back to life. I lost all of my phone numbers so my outgoing message says "My phonebook got deleted, so if you want me to call you back leave your number after the tone." I keep forgetting to change it.
I forget until people leave messages consoling me for the deleted phonebook and leave their numbers. I got one of those today. Generally, those who know me well leave messages saying "change your message."
Once, my Mom called and left our home number, we have had that number since I was 6.
Yes, I could change the message right now since I am thinking about it, but I am busy blogging about it instead.

That's STILL your message??? I remember when your phone took a swim. Wasn't that in the good ol' Madison River?? What is funnier still is that your mom leaves your house number. Maybe she hadn't heard from you in awhile and thought you'd forgotten...
That sounds like something my mom would do too. I laughed at that - and then realized that I was laughing at my mom, not yours. Oh well - it was funny all the same.

I think you need to run the marathon in March. It will be so much fun. As for Ragnar i think making it a dc tradition is a good call. By september i will be ready to do it again. : ) Join us for the marathon.
